Pahang, fresh from their wins against Darul Takzim FC and KL Felda United FC is the big favourite for this one. Negeri Sembilan is without a win from the first two matches of the season. At home last Friday, we only managed to get a draw against Terengganu and before that, on Tuesday, we lost against Selangor at Shah Alam.
Last year, both teams were not playing each other due to Pahang was in the Premier League while Negeri Sembilan was in the Super League. In 2011, Negeri Sembilan won at home and drew at Kuantan. Last 3 seasons between Pahang and Negeri Sembilan:-

Fauzi Roslan, the Pahang's striker is now a hot property in any Fantasy Teams out there. In the first match, he scored two goals and against Felda United, he managed to get an assist. Meanwhile, in Negeri Sembilan camp, De Porras still yet to score a goal this season. The fans might say that it is still early in the season but without scoring a goal, the burden might be heavier for him to continue spearheading the Deer attack for the rest of the season.
Negeri Sembilan is also without few key players. Norhafiz Zamani Misbah is still nursing a long term injury. Idris Kadir, Rashid Mahmud and Shakir Ali are not on the bench during the match against Terengganu due to injury. Paul Modibo is also injured during the Terengganu's match but he should be back in the Pahang's match. Rashid Mahmud could be on the bench. Pahang, I believe has no worries for injury in their squad. They should field their best 11 out in the match.
My prediction is that Divaldo Alves probably will bring in Firdaus Azizul to partner De Porras up front. Negeri Sembilan will play with Attacking 4-4-2 formation with Eddy Helmi playing behind the two strikers.
My prediction is a win for Pahang but Negeri Sembilan will at least get a goal. Pahang FA [2-1] Negeri Sembilan FA.
